Over the past 30 years, I’ve bridged skincare, mind‑body therapies, and holistic wellness to guide clients toward radiant skin and balanced living.
My path has taken me from hospital rooms to yoga studios, from luxury spas in Manhattan to wellness workshops in local libraries. Along the way, I’ve earned licenses as a Registered Nurse, Massage Therapist, Esthetician, and certifications in everything from nutritional therapy and craniosacral therapy to advanced skincare and energy healing. I’ve had the privilege of studying with some of the most respected teachers in the field- from leading instructors at the Upledger Institute and renowned craniosacral therapist Michael Shea, to internationally recognized Russian lash educators.
