HOW IT WORKS

We work together for approximately two months. We meet three time. The initial visit is 90 minutes. There are two follow up visits of 30 minutes each.

1. Client completes and submits intake form, questionnaire & food and mood journal prior to scheduling their      initial visit. Forms take 60 to 90 minutes to complete.

 

2. During the intake visit (75-90 minutes) we discuss your symptoms, health history and lifestyle factors plus any other concerns.

​

3. We meet a week later to review your customized, comprehensive protocol to address your bio-individual   needs. This will include a nutrition plan, lifestyle recommendations and supplementation suggestions, if            needed.  You are given meal preparation ideas, support with shopping lists, recipes, online articles, and book resources.

4. We meet three weeks after you’ve incorporated your new protocol to assess your progress and if necessary, make further adjustments. This completes the Nutra Journey foundational program.

 

5.Additional 30 minute support sessions are available after the completion of the program.
