Craniosacral Therapy
Susan Patashny, R.N.

Our craniosacral system consists of membranes & fluid that surround, protect and nourish the brain and spinal cord. The movement and rhythm of cerebral spinal fluid affects optimal functioning of our central nervous system.
Injury, stress and repetitive use causes fascia (muscle, tendon, ligament) to disrupt the rhythm and flow of cerebral spinal fluid. When this system is out of sync nutrients are not delivered to vital organs.
Through use of gentle manipulation, a well-trained practitioner can help release restrictions, allowing the body to restore proper cerebral spinal flow. Clients lie face up on a comfortable spa bed, fully clothed. Most feel a sense of deep relaxation after a treatment.
